Debra’s background is in personnel management, she is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has worked extensively with managers, coaching them in staff management and development best practices. As a line manager she has encouraged staff to develop their skills and acquire new ones by successfully coaching them through the process.

Debra is passionate about coaching because according to Sir John Whitmore, 'coaching is about unlocking people's potential to maximize their own performance', which means that you'll be amazed at what you can achieve. She is particularly interested in coaching women from all backgrounds and building confidence. Whether you consider that you are successful or maybe this is one of your goals, coaching will help you to make positive life changes as nothing stands still and demands on us are ever increasing. In addition, she has a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which provides a useful framework for organising and structuring information and perceptions in a way that will enable you to achieve more effective results.

Esther Bailey is a qualified Usui Reiki Master and a Master Practitioner Member of the UK Reiki Federation.

Esther firmly believes in the power of Reiki to accelerate the healing process of any disease or illness, whether physical, mental, or emotional. She also understands its effectiveness in restoring mind, body and soul to wholeness, and has successfully treated many clients in this way.

Esther received Spiritual Healing at birth to overcome chronic post-natal illness. Her strong belief in the power of healing has led her to train as a Reiki Master, in order that she may be used as an instrument for healing other people.

Coming from a family of healers, Esther has been brought up in an environment of spiritual awareness. She discovered Reiki through her step-mother, a Reiki Master and Spiritual Healer, and qualified as a Usui Reiki Master in Essex, England in June 2004.

Laura has a natural ability to make client feel at easy and help them relax and deal with problems they are effected by.

While studying beauty therapy she enjoyed how she could help her clients with holistic therapies she practiced such as massage and wanted to develop this skill. Having such good results from her normal scalp massage she decided to train in Indian Head Massage to learn and help her clients more.

Hopi ear candles has seen many of her clients not only enjoy the relaxation but help with ear problems, before holiday times she is the most busy with client having hopi ear candles to help reduce the pain in the ears from the pressure of fly with great results.

Stephen received his practical training over two years in a prestigious Tokyo clinic, working to the very high standards expected in Japan. He trained in a combination of Shiatsu and Amma massage technique under a highly respected Acupuncture doctor and Shiatsu therapist.

Certified and insured in the UK, Stephen uses this combination technique to facilitate the best results for both muscle relaxation and release of blocked energy or Qi, allowing energy to flow freely through the meridians, stimulating an effective healing process.

While living and travelling in Asia over five years, Stephen absorbed Eastern culture and philosophies and feels that he has particularly gained from learning Shiatsu in its country of origin. Stephen aims to bring to the UK the same breadth of service and standard of treatment that is offered in Japan.

Claire has been practising in holistic therapies for a few years now and really enjoys the work she does, she finds it greatly satisfying knowing just how much her clients relax, enjoy and benefit from her treatments. Claire decided to train in the holistic and remedial therapies after suffering with certain muscular problems brought on by athletics and herself being treated and benefiting greatly from the practices.

Up until the year 2001 I had had my own business , running a cake shop , where I sold and made all cakes for birthdays, weddings etc. I used to teaching in the shop and at night for the adult Education Centre in Leyton to Chingford.
In 2001 I fell and broke my wrist and arm very badly which never healed for a year, so all that sadly ended for me. I was constantly in sever pain and found myself waiting to take the next morphine tablet, then suddenly realised that I refused to go on like that. It was then I got myself into Holistic classes and never looked back since. I now control my pain as I later discovered that I had Osteoarthritis and work as a mobile Therapist for several shops and a clinic in Epping.

I Passed my Indian Head Massage diploma in 2005 which was a years course

I passed my Reflexology in 2005 which was a years course and my Reiki was spread over a two year period from 2006 as Reiki 1 to 2008 as Reiki 4 .
I am qualified to teach all Therapies and I am waiting to take my Ear Candling Exam in the near future .
 

My Tarot was self taught and I have been practicing this now for 15 years. I have always had pyschic abilities since I was very young. I also work some evenings when needed for Pyschic Interactive on the phone lines of a well known TV channel.
