What is Life Coaching?
What is coaching? 'a coach works with clients around their desire to move forward in their lives and achieve their ambitions', Coaching Academy. This could be in the areas of health, fitness, work, money, relationships, spirituality, etc. Do any of these areas ring a bell with you? You might feel nervous or excited about tackling an area that has been outstanding for a long time but you won't be alone. Coaching sessions are completely confidential and I work to high ethical standards, so you'll be in good hands.
I will encourage and support you to achieve your goals and as such I won't diagnose problems or give advice. I will invite you to draw up a plan to identify the action steps you could take towards achieving your goals and the timescales involved. I will review the plan with you and help you to address any obstacles in your way.
I'm particularly interested in working with women as they tend to look after everyone else, which begs the question who is looking after them? If this is you, start looking after yourself now, it will make you feel great, which means that the people around you will also benefit. Can you hear what others will be saying when you start achieving your goals? It sounds good. Doesn't it? It also makes good sense too.
